The Public-Root resolves
all known, operational TLDs on the
planet - this is called the "Inclusive
Name Space", because it 'includes'
all and all other TLDs on the planet,
such as all gTLDs previously released
by ICANN as well as IANA's ccTLDs.
The Inclusive Name Space is a substantial
part of the Next Generation Internet.
Other aspects of the Next Generation
Internet include Multi-Lingual TLDs
from the Inclusive Name Space, Email-2,
Full IPv6 support, and a completely
open Internet where the features,
abilities, and support for new protocols
are commercially driven by consumer
demand - as opposed to governmentally
