			Santa Fe, 28 December 2007. Almost a year after the TLD Registrar Committee (TLDRC) announced the first 2 approved and accredited TLD registrars, the TLDRC announced that the Argentinean corporation AccesoLibre! became an approved and accredited TLD Registrar to delegate Public TLDs (pTLDs) & Corporate TLDs (cTLDs). AccesoLibre! began as a project of a group of Argentinean developers offering solutions from the implementation of new technologies. The AccesoLibre! Corporation was established in 2006 as a high-impact company ready to expand its services around the world.
Today AccesoLibre! is a company specialized in developing comprehensive web applications for the next generation Internet. AccesoLibre! is the first Latin American organization certified by the INAIC to register and delegate TLDs. The TLDRC pursues an open and competitive market and any TLD Registrar may apply. The TLDRC will strictly check the quality of services offered by TLD Registrars and, when necessary, will advise on improvements. Approved and accredited TLD Registrars are bound to strict policies intended to keep the Internet an open and competitive resource of information. The new TLD Registrar AccesoLibre! will operate in a market, in addition to other TLD Registrars like IANA, ICANN, UN1D, TLD.NAME, The TLD Registry and Marssoft. The TLDRC encourages all TLD Registrars to apply, and to become an accredited and approved TLD Registrar. The application is open to anyone.
